1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting House of Kayra as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests can be accepted only if the order has not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to receive a dispatched order, please contact our customer support team. Depending on the status of the shipment, we will guide you regarding the available options under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Refund for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before processing or dispatch, the applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method or another appropriate method communicated by House of Kayra.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation requests must be made before the order is processed or dispatched.

Once a COD order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

6. Cancellation by House of Kayra

House of Kayra reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:

  • Product being unavailable

  • Incorrect or incomplete product information

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Unforeseen logistical or operational circumstances

  • Other circumstances where fulfillment of the order is not possible

If House of Kayra cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid by the customer will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

7. Promotional or Discounted Orders

Orders placed using promotional offers, discounts, coupons, or special campaigns may be subject to additional cancellation conditions.

The applicable terms may be communicated at the time of purchase.
